Hello! I’m Vrushti. I was born and brought up in India and moved to the United States in 2015. As an immigrant, I realized how difficult the immigration journey is for someone who is a non-native English speaker. My mom struggled with her English and would constantly ask me to converse with her in English so that she could practice. Therefore, I founded Angrezi Journey in the hopes of making hers and other immigrants journey easier.

Hi! I'm Srilaasya, a junior in high school. I love cheesy poetry, creating art, but most importantly, helping people. As an immigrant who came to America in the first grade, I struggled to learn English, and through Angrezi Journey, I hope to make it easier for those currently struggling as well.

Hi! I am Anika. I am a junior in high school, and I love writing music and drawing during my free time! I also love helping others, hence why I decided to work with Angrezi Journey; I am hopeful that in the future, we will help people improve their English so that they feel comfortable and unified with society!

Hey, I'm Ashiyana, but you can call me Ash. I'm a mallu girl who loves to learn about history, Indian music, and dance! I speak Malayalam, a south Indian language. I believe that by creating resources to help other, we can create a community to further our empathy for others and learn different people's stories.

Hi! I’m Manya and I am currently a junior in high school. Aside from English, I also speak Hindi and, in fact, help teach kids to read and write Hindi as a volunteer at Hindi USA. Through Angrezi Journey, I hope to create a safe place for people to come to learn and grow as well as offer a great opportunity for teen volunteers to show their amazing leadership skills.

Hello! I'm Sarah and I am a high school junior! I speak the South Indian language of Malayalam and became a part of Angrezi Journey so that people will have a place to practice their language skills, as well as work on their internal growth. I love to listen to music, read just about anything, and watch Netflix. I hope to help create a great community of volunteers and learners at Angrezi Journey.

Hey guys! My name is Nithesh and I'm a junior in high school right now. I love to swim and my life basically revolves around Netflix. I speak the South Indian langauge Tamil, and I'm a graduate of the American Tamil Academy and also help teach Tamil. By being a part of the Angrezi Journey I hope to help non-native English speakers gain real confidence and pride in their English through a safe and proper environment.
